Global Weapons Systems PTY LTD Refund Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns on all stocked items*. A customer can return unopened items in the original packaging and undamaged, within 14 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange unless the item is declared to have a major fault, within the product’s warranty period (if applicable).

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email or phone, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

2. Exceptions (*)

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include: 

*Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable unless major fault exists.

*Items which are ‘Special Order’ that are not stocked can not be refunded because of a simple change of mind. It is only in the case of a clear defect or major fault that special orders can be refunded.

*Ammunition, Powder and Primers are not to be refunded due to OH&S policies and procedures.

3. Shipping

Item/s to be returned will need to be returned to the store in unopened/undamaged condition at customer’s expense.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Once the item is received at the shop premises and inspected, a staff member will get in contact to organise a refund/replacement/repair where applicable.
